The Ford Tri-Motor, nicknamed "The Tin Goose," was the most popular airliner of the late 1920's and early 1930's. The prestigious Ford name name and all-metal, corrugated aluminum construction made it popular with passengers and airline operators alike. A total of 199 Tri-Motors were made.
