This wood model features a full cutaway of the A-10 Thunderbolt II, a.k.a. "Warthog", with exterior view in flight just above the model. The squadron emblem and nameplate are to the left and the front view and planform are on the right. The A-10 wood model is easily tailored to individual aircraft marking requirements.
We labored over A-10 repair manuals, flight manuals, old videos, and photographs of Warthogs being repaired to bring you details that you cannot find anywhere else. We also have deeply researched key components like the 30MM Gatling gun, titanium bathtub, or the GE TF-34 engines to make sure that they are accurately depicted in our cutaway.
The focus of the A-10 model is the cutaway and spans the length of the frame. The exterior of the Warthog is directly above the cutaway, so comparisons can easily be made. Key features include:
- "Titanium bathtub" that protects the pilot.
- General Electric 30 mm hydraulically driven seven-barrel Gatling-style autocannon
- General Electric TF34-GE-400A turbofan engines
- AGMAGM-65 Maverick missiles
- AIM-9 Sidewinders are on pylons hanging off the wings.

We can also customize this cutaway with any serial number or markings. The design will remain the same as pictured, but will carry your desired serial number and markings. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery on custom items as they need to be built from scratch. Once completed, we can also use the artwork to make coffee mugs, t-shirts, and magnets.
