During World War II, Robin Olds distinguished himself as a daring fighter ace, achieving 12 aerial victories and 11.5 ground victories in the European Theater while piloting P-38 Lightnings and P-51 Mustangs. A West Point graduate and natural leader, he was promoted to Major and given command of the 434th Fighter Squadron at age 22, completing 107 combat missions.
One one side is a P-51 Mustang cutaway and the other side is Triple Ace Robin Olds' Old SCAT VII with a picture of Robin Olds.
